Which countries do you ship to?
We have shipped to North America, Central/South America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, Africa, etc, and will support in determining the logistics and any necessary analysis or documents needed for import.
What is the shipping method？
Shipping method will differ according to the volume of order. We ship by courier, air, LCL, and FCL.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Both matcha and leaf tea MOQ is 1 carton, 20kg bulk. 1 pallet is 24 cartons (approximately 480kg) for sea freight, and 18 cartons (approximately 360kg) for air freight.
We can also pack teas into smaller bags (50g to 1kg) or tins (30g to 80g).
